A three day Revival in the Diocese of San Joaquin with Presiding Bishop Michael B. Curry.
November 17-19, 2017
Friday, November 17, University of the Pacific, Stockton, 4 pm
This event will include local civic and religious leaders and community members as we gather for song, dance, food, and conversation about the needs of our communities and how we can be a safe place for all of God’s people.
Saturday, November 18, St James Cathedral, Fresno, 1 pm
This event will begin with a walk through the neighborhood as we proclaim how we are Called to be…, and include the installation of the Rt. Rev. David Rice at the Cathedral. We will conclude the gathering with singing, dancing and food. The meal that evening is provided via various food trucks; please bring cash or credit/debit card.
This Eucharistic Service, followed by brunch, is a great opportunity to invite a friend to experience the loving, liberating, and life-giving Episcopal Church. Lift your voice in song and prayer as we celebrate being Called to be… a safe place for all God’s people.
There are no registration fees, but donations are welcome at the door.
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation or lodging.
There will be lots of opportunities to take “selfies” with PB Michael Curry!
Bring your credit card so you can buy Called to be… goodies!
