The Vestry/BAC & Treasurers Workshops will have a new format in 2021. Like so many things the workshops will be offered online. The sessions will be recorded and available for later viewing.

Workshop Topics include: Resources for Vestry/BAC members on the diocesan website; discussion of roles & responsibilities; best practices for governing boards; learn about free and low-cost resources for your congregation (Mutual Ministry Reviews, The Episcopal Network for Stewardship, Diocesan Consultants Network); Policies & Procedures Manual; Personnel Resources and Leadership Development.
