Part I: Saturday October 16 (Symphonies 1-3) | Part II: Sunday, October 17 (Symphonies 4-6)

Over the course of two evenings, we will be treated to the six organ symphonies of Louis Vierne (1870-1937), played by renowned concert organist Eric Plutz. Blind from birth, Vierne’s talents were nurtured by César Franck at the Paris Conservatoire. Over his lifetime, Vierne cultivated a refined and formal musical style that perfectly suited the great symphonic organs of the era.
