In the past year, our Vestry, ministry commissions and staff have been dreaming of what we want Trinity Episcopal Cathedral to become in the next 10-20 years. We are excited to engage our parishioners and the local community in manifesting a vision that will build a culture and campus of uncommon warmth, holy compassion, intellectual curiosity and deep beauty. Central to this important work is nurturing our spiritual growth and deepening connections so we can best support our diverse congregation and larger Portland community.
Trinity’s strategic vision focuses on enhancing our culture, campus, currency and continuity of leadership. However, these pillars are intended to create an environment of uncommon warmth, radical hospitality, and holy compassion for all who enter Trinity’s red doors. This approach is the motivating factor that drives our strategies for growth of programming and revenue, preserving and expansion of buildings and space and nurturing the next generation of Trinity leadership.
